About the event

Please join us at our annual meeting to hear guest lectures on contemporary topics in Cardiac Surgery, meet with clinical representatives from industry, and have an opportunity to work with our Perfusion simulator! Our evening dinner and educational forum will be at the hotel EMC2, located just a few blocks away at 228 East Onatrio St. We have applied for category 1 CEU's again this year.  Please RSVP for the meeting using the form below.

All guests must provide proof of vaccination upon arrival. 

When you arrive to the event please have the following information ready to present:

  • Vaccination Card (with vaccination dates completely filled in)

  • Photo ID

If you do not have your Vaccination Card, you can find your official immunization records with Vax Verify website.

  • Bring either a photocopy of immunization with you to the event or have your records displayed on your mobile device

You must present proof of immunization upon arrival in-order to enter the meeting area. This is a requirement of the facility.

Immunization Exemptions
  • Individuals entering a covered location for less than 10 minutes for the purpose of ordering and carrying out food, making a delivery, or using the bathroom

  • Individuals who have previously received a medical or religious exemption, provided such patrons provide the covered entity proof of the medical or religious exemption and a COVID-19 test administered by a medical professional within the last 72 hours prior to entering a covered location

  • An individual 18 years of age or younger who enters a covered location to participate in an activity organized by a school or after-school program offered by any prekindergarten through grade twelve public or non-public school.
